At Sanuk, we have a deep-rooted company culture that encourages our employees to be who they are. We embrace each other’s differences, knowing our diversity drives creativity and success, and allows us to develop unique, high-quality, comfy products for our equally diverse customers. We hope our efforts will encourage others and will help foster a more inclusive world. As we strive to promote these values even further, we’ve recently added our first-ever Director of Equity, Inclusion and Diversity, as well as formed an Inclusion Council of a cross-functional and diverse group of Deckers employees. We also look forward to implementing a global strategy for equity, inclusion and diversity throughout our partners and supply chain—including the deployment of a mandatory anti-racism and implicit bias training. OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

We believe in the power of our scale and wish to use that for good. We have a responsibility to protect the skilled workers creating our product. We respect human rights, remedy violations in accordance with the International Labor Organization (ILO), and monitor the chemistry within our products to meet global regulations and our own voluntary regulations. We believe in responsible consumption and building products that are built to last—which is only possible with an ethical supply chain. Our Ethical Supply Chain Supplier Code of Conduct outlines our expectations of our partners. Partners are audited against our Ethical Supply Chain Code of Conduct and monitored for both environmental and health and safety issues.
