Returns Policy
RETURNS
Customers may return unworn item(s) within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an exchange or a refund. The returned item(s) must be received in a resaleable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with packaging intact and tags still attached). Footwear should only be tried on indoors, on a clean floor until you are satisfied that the fit is correct. Items that have been worn outside, are scuffed or dirty will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
We do not offer exchanges outside of Australia, New Zealand customers please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item that you require.
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Please email info@sanuk.com.au with the following information to obtain a return authority number, and instructions for shipping.
- Customer Name
- Sanuk Australia (Shopify) order number
- Details of the item to be returned - style, colour, and size (or SKU#)
- Reason for return. Exchange (i.e., too small / large). Refund (i.e., unsuitable / not as expected).
If requesting an exchange please advise the new size that you require, as this will be reserved for you for 14 days. We only offer exchanges to a different size of the same product. If you would prefer a different product, please place a new order, and return the unwanted item for a refund.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item to us. We recommend that you package items carefully to avoid damage and use a trackable postage service as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. The new size as per the exchange will be shipped out to you at Sanuk Australia’s expense (within Australia only) once we have received and inspected the returned item.
Freight charges are non-refundable. If a freight charge was applied to your original order, you will only be refunded for the cost of the product.
If you have purchased your item from any of our stockists, or their online store you will need to contact them regarding the return. Only purchases made on the Sanuk Australia website www.sanuk.com.au can be returned directly to us.
WARRANTY
Warranty applies to items less than one year old from date of purchase, and only applies to manufacturing faults and defects.
Please note: Warranty does not cover the following:
- Wear and tear due to use
- Fitting issues and damage that has occurred as the result of an incorrect fit
- Damage due to misuse
- Incorrect care when cleaning (do not wash products made of leather or sheepskin)
- Damage due to extreme heat or exposure to chemicals
- Variations of colouring, shading and other deviations that are the result of using natural materials in the manufacturing process
For an initial assessment please email warranty@sanuk.com.au with the following information:
- Customer Name
- Sanuk Australia (Shopify) order number
- Details of item to be returned - style, colour, and size (or SKU#)
- A brief description of the fault
- A photo of the fault, and one of the production tag (usually found on the underside of the upper)
