Achieve the sales targets, build and support the retail network in all allocated territories and markets.


As required


Sales representation

  • Achieve the sales targets with indent, replenishment and seasonal orders
  • Support product launches and present samples and brochures to customers.
  • Plan and implement a call cycle to visit all designated Sanuk stores to represent the products, provide merchandising, and staff training support.
  • Help manage product displays and merchandising to maximise sales
  • Provide technical assistance and product warranty support
  • Help research and target potential retail outlets and stores to carry Sanuk.
  • Prepare and present product ranges, samples, pricing and merchandising material to gain sales orders
  • Plan and record all sales visits as and when required.
  • Liaise with the Reflex sales administration and warehouse teams to follow-up on sales enquiries, orders and requests.
  • Analyse and utilise the sales reports to track and develop the sales performance of each outlet

Local area marketing

  • Research and support local retailers in promoting, trialling and selling Sanuk to local retail surf and footwear stores.
  • Provide branding and product information
  • Identify, evaluate, recommend and coordinate club sponsorship campaigns

Events & Trade shows

  • Help coordinate and organise events and trade shows throughout the area.
  • Participate and assist with all events to maximise sales and promote the brand
  • Liaise with the local retail staff to optimise follow-up sales and enquiries.

Technical Support

  • Learn and understand the technical specifications of the Sanuk range
  • Assist retailers and customers with product testing and technical support
  • Respond to technical enquiries on the social media platforms


  • Provide one-on-one product and sales training to retail customer sales staff
  • Coordinate and implement product training workshops for customers throughout the area

Marketing Material

  • Distribute all product and branding marketing material
  • Assist with merchandising and retail displays

Social Media and Web Site

  • Help create and provide articles, photographs and editorials for social media content

Market feedback

  • Monitor and provide feedback on all competitor products, pricing and marketing in the area

Sales administration

  • Help collect and follow-up on customer payments as required
  • Assist with major stock shipments as required.
  • Secure and maintain the vehicle, laptops and mobile phones

Meetings and reports

  • Participate in sales meetings
  • Contact the Sales Director on a daily basis
  • Prepare and discuss sales reports and call cycle plans
