Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post eParcel and a signature is required by default. You may select the “Leave At Door” option at checkout if you would prefer to have your parcel left at the address provided, in which case we will not be held responsible if the package goes missing after delivery.
- We offer free Standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $150
- Express Postage shipping within Australia is available at $29.95
- A non-refundable shipping charge of $15.95 within Australia is automatically applied to orders under $100.
- A non-refundable shipping charge of $29.95 is automatically applied to ALL orders being shipped to New Zealand. Standard International Shipping will be used.
- We only ship to Australia and New Zealand
Depending on the delivery location in Australia, you can typically expect to receive your order 5-7 business days on Standard service, or 1-3 business days on Express service.
These delivery times are approximate and are provided as a guide only.
Please allow additional time for deliveries to Western Australia, New Zealand, and remote locations.
Delays are common during November and December due to the extremely high volume of seasonal freight. We will not be held responsible for the late delivery of items.
A tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address to enable you to track the order via the Australia Post website. Please check the tracking before you contact us regarding the whereabouts of your order.
